Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the defendants for one year from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendants are above.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 1, 2019, around 05:00, the Defendants committed the crime against the victim E-stock company (hereinafter “victim E-stock company”) came to work at the construction site of Seocho-si G apartment site, Seocho-si, Seoul, at the site of the apartment site, and the victim E-stock company (hereinafter “victim E-stock company”) obtained four safety caps from each of them at approximately KRW 160,00 in total at the market price

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.

2. On June 1, 2019, around 05:07, the Defendants committed the crime against the Victim F, committed the crime with the following: (a) around 05:07, at the beginning of Seocho-si, Seocho-si, the Korea Coast Guard Station exclusive of the coast guard boat managed by the Victim F; (b) with the intent to bring the equipment of the coast guard boat managed by the Victim F and the equipment of the Korea Coast Guard; and (c) with the Defendant D, the Defendant B, and the Defendant C invaded the wharf beyond the coast guard network at the port; (d) with one solar of approximately KRW 4,00,00, the market price of approximately KRW 7,00,000, the market price of the coast guard boat P-21, which was displayed on the fore part of the coast guard P-8, the market price of approximately KRW 7,000, KRW 7,000, KRW 7,000, KRW 10,000, respectively.

As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
