The grounds of appeal are examined.

Examining the records in light of the relevant legal principles, the court below’s finding the Defendants guilty of all the charges of this case against the Defendants, and held that each of the charges of this case constitutes a single comprehensive crime by each Defendant on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles as to the elements for establishment of a crime of bribery to good offices, universal crimes, or admissibility of evidence, which affected the conclusion of the judgment

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
