1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 6,657,076 to Plaintiff A and its related KRW 5% per annum from July 15, 2013 to January 12, 2016; and (b).

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 1, 1997, Plaintiff A joined the Defendant company as a street cleaners, and was retired on June 30, 2013, and Plaintiff B was employed as a street cleaners on March 21, 1999 and was retired on December 31, 2013.

B. During the Plaintiffs’ working period, the Defendant Company set the aggregate of monthly basic pay, special duty allowance, employment encouragement allowance, fixed meal allowance, transportation subsidy, household subsidy, and consultation allowance as monthly ordinary wage (the monthly ordinary wage calculated by the Defendant Company, the monthly ordinary wage applied to the Plaintiffs is as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 and No. 2) and paid to the Plaintiffs the money indicated in the “actual payment” column in the separate sheet No. 3 through No. 6 as night work allowance, holiday allowance, annual allowance, and Saturday work allowance, respectively.

(hereinafter referred to as the "prepaid legal allowances of this case").

According to the wage table of the street cleaners employed by the defendant company (No. 6-3), each legal allowance shall be calculated as follows: the end-time allowance, good attendance allowance, physical training expenses, holiday leave expenses, and each legal allowance that the defendant company pays to the plaintiffs.
