1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 6,657,076 to Plaintiff A and its related KRW 5% per annum from July 15, 2013 to January 12, 2016; and (b).
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On January 1, 1997, Plaintiff A joined the Defendant company as a street cleaners, and was retired on June 30, 2013, and Plaintiff B was employed as a street cleaners on March 21, 1999 and was retired on December 31, 2013.
B. During the Plaintiffs’ working period, the Defendant Company set the aggregate of monthly basic pay, special duty allowance, employment encouragement allowance, fixed meal allowance, transportation subsidy, household subsidy, and consultation allowance as monthly ordinary wage (the monthly ordinary wage calculated by the Defendant Company, the monthly ordinary wage applied to the Plaintiffs is as indicated in the separate sheet No. 1 and No. 2) and paid to the Plaintiffs the money indicated in the “actual payment” column in the separate sheet No. 3 through No. 6 as night work allowance, holiday allowance, annual allowance, and Saturday work allowance, respectively.
(hereinafter referred to as the "prepaid legal allowances of this case").
According to the wage table of the street cleaners employed by the defendant company (No. 6-3), each legal allowance shall be calculated as follows: the end-time allowance, good attendance allowance, physical training expenses, holiday leave expenses, and each legal allowance that the defendant company pays to the plaintiffs.
1) Weather allowances: Standard amount of bonuses ¡¿ 200% (4 times per annum (each payment made in March, 6, 9, and December) per annum: The amount of bonuses 】 base amount of bonuses 】0-100% per annum [2 times per annum (payment made in January, July) and less than one year, but the unpaid amount shall be not more than 0-50% per annum, but 5% per annum adding 10 years to 5% per annum, and 5% per annum, 50% for not less than 10 years): The basic amount of bonuses 】 250% per annum [50% per annum (4, 5,8, 10, and 11): The base amount of bonuses 】 the number of days of ordinary night leave 】 the number of days of ordinary work in Grade 60 per annum (20%) 】 the number of days of annual work in Grade 60 days per annum, and the number of days of ordinary work in Grade 6 daily work in Grade 5) 】 the number of days of annual work days.
D. Defendant Company is against each of the following during each service period.
