1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50.1 day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 10, 2013, the Defendant did not subscribe to mandatory insurance, but driven a private-distance road in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C at a 0.207% level while under the influence of alcohol at around 02:15 on August 10, 2013.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act at the same time and place as set forth in Paragraph 1, and at the same place as set forth in Paragraph 1, while driving 125CC No. 125CC Nos. 1, the Defendant damaged the victim’s Do driving E-si, who was in the atmosphere of the signal to turn to the left at one-lane of the accounting division, by shocking the back part of the victim’s Do driving E-si, which was in the atmosphere of the signal to the Defendant’s driver’s vehicle, so that the repair cost of KRW 933,258

3. At around 02:20 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant interfered with the performance of official duties by police officers, such as: (a) in front of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant: (b) requested a drinking test by a slope F belonging to the traffic department of the Yongsan Police Station, which was confirmed as a person suspected of drunk driving and called to the site; (c) refused it; (d) attempted to interfere with the performance of duties by police officers, such as: (d) attempted to keep a slopeF’s chest from the site by hand; and (e) attempted to keep him/her away from the site; and (e) attempted to keep him/her from the site, and (e) attempted to keep him/her from drinking.
