A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2016 high group 108] No person shall transfer any electronic financial transaction access medium.

1. On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) agreed to receive approximately KRW 20 to 300,000,000 from a person under whose name the Defendant entered into an agreement to receive the Defendant’s name bank (Account Number B) head and cash cards and password around a bus terminal located in Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si; and (b) transferred the access media through Kwikset’s services.

2. On October 2014, the Defendant agreed to receive approximately KRW 20 to 300,00,000 from a person in a name in the name, the head of the line (Account Number C), cash card, and password in the vicinity of the Masan-si Masan-si Masan-si, Changwon-si, and transferred the access media through Kwikset services.

3. On October 2014, the Defendant agreed to receive approximately KRW 20 to 300,000 from a person under whose name he/she was unable to receive approximately KRW 20 to 300,00 from a person in the name, and transferred the access media through Kwikset Services.

Around August 2014 to September 2014, the Defendant agreed to receive approximately KRW 20-300,000 from the name in the name of the Defendant to receive approximately KRW 20 to KRW 300,00 from the name in the name of the Defendant, and transferred the access media through Kwikset service.
