1. Defendants B and C shall each be 50,250,000 won to the Plaintiff and 15% per annum from November 6, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate is amended and promulgated on October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 6, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
