1. The defendant jointly and severally with Co-Defendant B and C as to KRW 605,047,770 and KRW 581,832,857 among them, shall be jointly and severally against the plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts (a judgment on whether to be deemed as a foreigner);

3. As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 15, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
