Criminal facts

1. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a SS5 vehicle, and the defendant was driving the above vehicle at around 23:00 on April 27, 2017 without a driver's license and was driving the 1052 streke-math in front of the Sinma on the right-hand side of the ward at the 2nd entrance of the 2nd entrance center, in violation of the signal to the left-hand turn, and was driving on the 2nd entrance of the Mad-math in the front of the Mad-math elementary school at the 2nd entrance center in the front of the Mad-An elementary school.

D Driving’s E Lastren’s part of the driver’s seat in front of the said SM5 car was filled with the part of the driver’s seat in front of the said SM5 car, and caused the Victim F (V, 22 years old), a passenger of the said SM5 car, to suffer injury, such as light fat, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, which did not subscribe to mandatory insurance on the date and time set forth in paragraph 1, operated approximately 1.4 km from the front side of the apartment complex to the front side of the 1052 km from the front side of the apartment complex to the 1.4 km away from the front side of the apartment complex at the time of harmony.
