Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2007, the Defendant issued a fine of KRW 2 million to the Cheongju District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act ( sound driving), and on May 21, 2012, the Defendant issued a fine of KRW 3 million to the Daejeon District Court for the same crime.

On September 17, 2013, at around 01:30, the Defendant driven B rocketing vehicles at approximately 3 meters from the old end of the Guidean-gu Round, the reputation of the Guidean-gu, to the upper end of the Guidean-gu, while under the influence of alcohol at least 0.131% of alcohol content.
