Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch on October 10, 2006, and a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime at the Suwon District Court on November 30, 2012.

Nevertheless, at around 15:35 on January 12, 2015, the Defendant driven a bud truck under the influence of alcohol content of about 20km from the 20km section to the 20km front road located in the horizontal road in the sphere of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
