Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who was appointed as a police officer on September 9, 1989 and was promoted to the Inspector on July 12, 2005, and served as the criminal defendant of the Ansan Police Station and the head of the D team on August 28, 2012 and performed duties concerning the restraint of the human body.
1. The Defendant was investigating the instant case, such as robbery, injury, etc., against four persons, including E and F, while working as the criminal defendant of the Ansan Police Station and the D team leader as above. On August 25, 2012, the Defendant arrested F on the arrest warrant around 19:10 Suwon-si G apartment 305, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and asked the Defendant whether he was “F on the ground of his latest age club or singing singing, and there was a space for the instant case.” On the other hand, F asked the Defendant whether he was “F on the ground that he did not have any other place at this point.” On the other hand, the Defendant asked him whether he was “F on the ground that he did not go back to the back of F on three occasions,” and then she asked him about three times the back of it with his hand.
Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against F of the criminal suspect by performing duties related to the restraint of the human body.
2. On August 26, 2012, around 02:31, the Defendant asked E, who was arrested and taken custody of the case at the office of the Sayang Police Station Denancheon-ro, Sayang-gu, Sayang-gu, Sacheon-ro, to ask him/her about the content of the case, etc., and he/she asked him/her as “H is the accomplice’s ownership,” and he/she asked him/her as “H is the accomplice, and he/she saw him/herself to be his/her face three times with his/her hand and hand.”
Accordingly, the defendant committed assault against E of a criminal suspect by performing duties related to the restraint of human body.
3. On August 26, 2012, from around 13:32 to 16:57 of the same day, the Defendant asked the pertinent case-related contents to the above E, who was investigated by the criminal recording room in the criminal statement room in the Ansanan Police Station, and made 10 back water of E on the hand floor on the ground that he/she would make a speech different from his/her accomplices.
Accordingly, the defendant is forced to perform his duties concerning the restraint of human body.
