A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 1, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant interfered with business, at the D entertainment tavern located in Mayang-si, the victim E arbitrarily changed the digital gate number of the above main entrance, which the victim E used for about four months, and did not inform the victim thereof, thereby allowing the victim not to enter the said main entrance by July 14, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business for about 14 days by force.

B. At around 13:00 on July 4, 2017, the Defendant publicly insulting the victim by saying, “E (victim) is not a person who is well aware of the quality of the G branch on this floor and is not a person believed to have good quality on this floor.” (2) Around 13:00 on July 5, 2017, the Defendant found the victim at the G branch and consulted with B at the head I and I of the G branch, thereby openly insulting the victim. (3) Around July 5, 2017, the Defendant found the victim at the G branch at the G branch, with B, that “E (victim) is not a person believed to have good quality on this floor and is not a person believed to have good mind.”
