Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative director of the B Co., Ltd. who carries on the business of manufacturing synthetic resin stability in Kimpo-si.

When a business operator operates a facility emitting air pollutants, he/she shall operate normally an air pollution preventive facility connected thereto in order to eliminate or reduce air pollutants emitted from such facility.

Nevertheless, between September 10, 2013 and October 16, 2013, the Defendant operated melting facilities (1 unit) which are air pollutant-emitting facilities of 11.2 cubic meters in the above place of business, and failed to operate facilities (150 cubic meters/minutes), which are air pollution preventive facilities connected thereto, for seven days (17 days: 17 days, 20 days, 25 days, 27 days, 10: 8 days, 9 days, 15 days) between September 10, 2013 and October 16, 2013.

2. Defendant B Co., Ltd. is a corporation established for the purpose of stabilizing synthetic resin and manufacturing and selling business.

The defendant, at the same time and place, violated A, who is the representative director of the defendant, in relation to his business.
