A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

On August 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) placed in a shopping store located in Ansan-si G around 19:00 on August 18, 2017, the Defendant: (b) placed the Defendant in a shopping bag 4 smartphone (Evidence 1, No. 1010, No. 2010 of the Suwon District Public Prosecutor’s Office inside the Suwon District Public Prosecutor’s Office, No. 2017, No. 2017, No. 1); (c) placed them in the front direction so as to be taken; and (d) placed them in the front direction after placing them in a shopping bag, under the spash of the victim I (the age of 24) where the Defendant was spawn and panty panty dyeced, sealed in the middle of the body of the victim, from August 17, 2017 to August 13, 2017.
