On May 15, 2017, at around 22:26, the Defendant taken screen pictures of the victims in the same manner at the same place seven times in total on the same day, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Table 2, including taking screen pictures of the body of the victims D (the age of 28), using a hidden portable phone from the above abnormal persons, in the stairs of subway C Station 7 in light of light.
Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device with a camera function against their will.
[2017 Highest 4093] On June 16, 2017, the Defendant taken a dynamic image of the victim’s name in front of the E-gu Seoul Central District Public Prosecutor’s Office, using S8 Smartphone (No. 4761 No. 1 of the pressure of Seoul Central Public Prosecutor’s Office No. 2017) Camera, in his gallon, at around 20:25, 2017.
As a result, the defendant taken the body of the victim who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera or other similar mechanism.
