B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is a corporation established in Kim Sea-si E for the purpose of manufacturing and selling motor vehicle parts. Defendant A is a director of the Defendant Co., Ltd.
1. In order to import goods on which a false import declaration is filed by a defendant A, the name, standard, quantity, price, etc. of the relevant goods shall be reported to the head of a customs office;
On January 7, 2013, the Defendant reported the actual import price of USD 7,676 to USD 3,838, which is the difference between USD 330,981 and about four years and six months from the next day until June 26, 2017 / [Attachment] between June 26, 2017, the Defendant reported the actual import price of USD 530,000,000 to USD 3,838,00,000, which is the difference, to USD 330,981, which is the duty imposed on USD 3,838,000,000, which is the difference, by the same method as the list of crimes / [Attachment] from June 26, 2017, the Defendant reported the difference between USD 134,545,00 in the actual import price of USD 95,459,459,000.
Accordingly, the Defendant reported a false dutiable value and imported goods in order to affect the determination of the amount of customs duties when filing an import declaration as above.
2. A director who operates the Defendant Company’s actual Defendant Company was exempt from customs duties as prescribed in paragraph 1 above.
Accordingly, the defendant Company A violated each customs law with respect to the business of the defendant Company A.
