1. The Defendants jointly do so to the Plaintiffs:

(a) deliver the third floor of 174.06 square meters among the buildings listed in the attached list;

Reasons

1. On January 14, 2016, the Plaintiffs entered into a commercial lease agreement with the Defendants (the title of the contract is Defendant C and the actual lessee, Defendant D’s son), setting a deposit of KRW 15 million with respect to the total of KRW 174.06 square meters of the three floors as indicated in the attached list owned by the Plaintiffs and the Plaintiffs’ joint ownership as KRW 15 million, monthly rent of KRW 190,000 (excluding value added tax), management expenses, and KRW 80,000 per month. The Defendants used the said building as their office from January 30, 2016.

However, the defendants did not pay monthly taxes and management expenses even though they have been urged several times for 10 months from the date of occupancy.

Accordingly, the Plaintiffs seek an order from the Defendants on the instant leased building, and seek payment of management expenses of KRW 80,00 (10,000 x 10 months), electricity tax of KRW 300,000,00 in total, and KRW 1.1 million in total, and monthly tax of KRW 1,90,000 in each month from February 1, 2016 to the completion of life expectancy from February 1, 2016.

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
