A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:15 on March 20, 2017, the Defendant visited “B”, a mobile phone, which is an online illegal private sports soil site, with knowledge of the fact that the site is not a site operated by the Seoul Olympic Games National Sports Promotion Foundation or its trustee, deposited KRW 1 million with the National Bank Account (D) in the name of the said site operator, which is the account used by the said site operator, and filled with the same corresponding online game money, after predicting the result of various domestic and overseas sports games, putting the game money by predicting the outcome of various domestic and overseas sports games, and without being refunded if the money was acquired and paid during the enemy, and deposited KRW 270 million in the same way as the sports table attached from June 3, 2017.

As a result, the defendant gambling by using similar acts of sports promotion voting.
