1. Revocation of a judgment of the first instance;

Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On May 30, 1956, the Deceased (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) went to the military on May 30, 1956, with CB, and served as a distribution leader at the third soldiers’ team team in the Army. 2) On December 31, 1958, the Deceased was on board his vehicle to return to the military unit after receiving the supplies from an association headquarters at around 21:30 on December 31, 1958. While the captain on board the said vehicle was under the influence of alcohol, he was driving the vehicle by cutting the driver vehicle from the driver’s disease while driving the vehicle, and then the said vehicle was crashed on the river on the right side of the road due to driving and drinking.
(3) The Deceased was killed on the new wall on January 1, 1959, while she was not sent back to the hospital due to the instant accident, and was killed on the new wall. (B) The military unit’s measures against the deceased’s death and investigation into private person) after the instant accident occurred, and without detailed explanation as to the cause of the death to the deceased’s bereaved family members, including the Plaintiff.
2) On November 19, 201, F, a dependent upon the Deceased, filed a civil petition with the Investigation Headquarters of the Ministry of National Defense demanding re-examination on the grounds of the Deceased’s death. 3) The Civil Service Investigation Team of the Ministry of National Defense determined that the deceased’s re-inspection on the deceased’s private person constitutes “the deceased or the wounded who caused an accident or a disaster involving official duties” and decided to request re-examination at the former Review Committee of the Army Headquarters. The said Committee corrected the deceased’s private person from “sick” to “sick’s Death,” and notified the latter to F on January 28, 2013.
C. At the time of the deceased’s death, the family members of the deceased refer to G, his wife, and F, H, and I (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the deceased’s wife”).
