A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 6, 201, the Defendant: (a) around 03:05 on October 6, 201, the Defendant was in the residence of the victim D (n, 25 years of age); (b) the Defendant was in possession of a knife (18cc in total length, 32cc; 18cc in knife) with a deadly weapon; (c) the Defendant was in contact with the first floor of the first floor; and (d) immediately the second floor was 470,00 won in cash located on the wall of the victim; and (d) the Defendant opened a small door that the victim was locked to embling the object to be stolen; and (e) the victim attempted to embling the victim by knifeing the victim with the knife hand for the purpose of evading the arrest of the defect, but the victim did not knife the victim by knifeing the knife with both hand.
