Punishment of the crime

1. Around 06:00 on February 20, 2013, the Defendant attempted to commit special robbery: (a) dracker 2 points, excessive 1 point ( approximately 10cm in total length, approximately 5cm in length) in a warehouse after the Defendant intruded into the dracker gate, which was opened through the dracker dynas in Yong-si, Yongcheon-si, for the purpose of stealinging the goods into the dwelling; and (b) dracks the entrance corrected by the said dracks into the dwelling; and (c) dracks the dracks of the victim’s dynas; (d) dracks the body of the body of the victim; and (e) dracks the body of the body of the victim.

3. Attempted larceny;
A. At around 22:00 on February 19, 2013, the Defendant intruded the victim P’s first floor of the house located in Daegu-gun District of P, and colors stolen objects, but did not discover stolen objects, such as cash.
