Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 12, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and nine months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Daegu District Court. On May 18, 2005, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for a maximum of one year and six months and one year for a short term of one year and one year for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. Criminal facts
Defendant,
