Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

A. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by DD Driving) is a person engaging in driving a car in a D SP area.

B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) were driven by the Defendant under the influence of alcohol 0.122% without obtaining a driver’s license at the date and place of the foregoing paragraph (1).

2. On December 18, 2012, Defendant A, at around 20:35, is a traffic accident that conflicts with the vehicle of E driving while he/she was on the top of a D Sti-type car driven under the influence of alcohol by a person who was on the top of the D Sti-type car while driving in the influence of alcohol by a person who was on the top of the D Sti-type car under the influence of alcohol.
