A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 3, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million from the Incheon District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and on January 4, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for 6 months and a suspended sentence of 2 years from the Incheon District Court to a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

1. Around 01:20 on April 27, 2013, the Defendant driven C X-ray car under the influence of alcohol 0.067% in the section of 300 meters from the 300 meters to the front road of the cU convenience 1138-10 in Pyeongtaek-gu Doro, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 01:20 on April 27, 2013, the Defendant driven a CEX car that was not mandatory insurance on the front side of the KU convenience store 1138-10 in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, and the front side of the CU convenience store in Pyeongtaek-si.

3. On April 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed assault to F police officers belonging to the Pyeongtaek-gu Police Station E box, such as: (b) whether she would have frighten, die; (c) she would have frighten, she would have frighten, she would have frighten, and she would have frighten the chest of F in his/her hands over three times, and she would have frighten, she would have frighten, she would have frighten, she would have frighten the chest of F in his/her hand.

As such, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers related to the investigation of drunk driving.
