A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence No. 4 shall be forfeited from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The crime is an international crime organized through which one person's social media account from a foreign country is hacking or falsely created, makes a social media account from another person's personal information, and obtains trust from the victims by communicating with the victims in a friendly relationship such as friendly relationship with the victims through the account, and demands the victims to lend money to the victims, request the victims to keep money in Korea through various gifts, goods, money, etc., or demand the victims to keep money in Korea, and take money from the victims in the form of money, such as customs, transportation expenses, etc. The crime is an international crime organized through which the victims are bound to connect domestic and foreign organizations and manage the members of the organization, take charge of communication with the victims through the fund raising and delivery of the money received from the victims, and take charge of operating the fund under the name of the entire organization, and is not directly related to the roles and duties of the members of the organization, and is not directly related to the operation of the organization.
