Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a foreigner of Liberia nationality.
1. The "Flus business" or "Roman Scam" is an international crime in which money is stolen by means of hackinging another person's SNS account outside the country, hackinging another person's SNS account, creating a false SNS account, making contact to the victims residing in the Republic of Korea through the above account to prepare friendship or relationship with them, and making a false statement to the effect that payment of necessary money on behalf of the victims, such as the cost of customs clearance of goods to be sent to the victim, etc.
