Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On February 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked in the vicinity of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C market on February 16, 2020; and (b) cut off with one cell phone gallon, which is the market value owned by the victim, and kept in receipt by opening a door that was not corrected by the victim B, who was parked in the vicinity of the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C market.

B. On February 18, 2020, the Defendant, on February 18, 2020, opened a door that was parked in the vicinity of the Incheon Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C market and stolen the cash owned by the victim, which is the cash owned by the victim, 180,000 won, Korean bank credit card 1, resident registration certificate, and vehicle driver's license.

2.
