Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2012, around 22:35, the Defendant, at the front side of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, expressed a bath to D who was called up after receiving 112 reported by a taxi engineer and a taxi driver as a matter of taxi fee at the front side of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and took a bath to D who belongs to the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Police Station C District, and took part in the breast face by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted a public official who is performing legitimate duties concerning the dispatch of 112 report and interfered with the execution of duties.
