A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:35 on October 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) on the front side of the Gangseo-gu C Bank Station Station located in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Seoul on the ground that the Defendant was refused to take passengers on the ground that the taxi engineer was drinking; (b) provided a bath to the taxi engineer; and (c) provided a cell phone with the taxi driver’s cab driver’s cab driver’s cab driver’s cab seat, etc.; and (d) provided a person who was requested to make a statement on the case to E during the course of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Police Station D District Station called “I spath, mak is being used for it?” while taking the bath to “I spath, mak is used for it.”

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted police officers who perform legitimate duties concerning the handling of 112 Reporting Cases, thereby hindering the execution of official duties.
