Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 9, 2016, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) at the entrance of the “C” store located in Ulsan-gu B and 2, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) on the ground that the said marina shop does not run its business; (c) on the floor and at the automatic entrance of the said shop, three fire parts of which amounting to KRW 300,000 of the market price owned by the victim D, located at the above entrance, were set up at the floor and the above shop, and all of the said three fire parts were destroyed; and (d) the repair cost of the said automatic entrance was broken to approximately KRW 218,000.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and harmed its utility.

2. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act at around 10:20 on August 9, 2016, at the office of the office of the Ulsan Southern Police Station E division in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-ro 35 Dosan, and was under the influence of alcohol and was arrested in the act of committing a crime and being investigated at the above office for the same reason as the foregoing paragraph 1, the Defendant was able to avoid disturbance for the police officers who had been working in the above office for about 90 minutes, including “Ye-ma, Ye-ma, Ye-si, I am. B. I am arrested. B. I am. I do not want to bring a lawsuit on human rights.”

Accordingly, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, had a very rough speech and behavior in the Ulsan Southern Police Station, which is a government office.

3. 모욕 피고인은 위 제2항 기재 일시 및 장소에서, 피고인이 위와 같이 계속하여 소란을 피운다는 이유로 위 울산남부경찰서 소속 경위인 피해자 F으로부터 이를 제지받자, 피해자에게 “니 먼데. 야이 호로자식아. 빡빡이 개자식아. 내가 너 같은 놈 처음 봤다”라는 등 불특정 다수인이 보는 앞에서 욕설을 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant openly insultingd the victim.
