A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On February 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:50 on February 5, 2015, the Defendant driven BM5 automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license in the section of about 15 km from the south-ro 35-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-gun, Seoul-do, to the front road of the 139-ro, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Seoul-do, Seoul-do, to the front road of the Ulsan-do Police Station.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dok-in Vehicle) is a person engaged in driving BM5 motor vehicles;
