Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Suwon District Court on September 23, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 1, 2015.

On February 13, 2014, at the D office located in Pyeongtaek-si C, the Defendant pretended to have been delegated by E in the same manner as the above paragraph (a), and then, the Defendant signed the D office by using the black-liter to enter “E”, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “F” and “F” in the resident registration number column.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant is a new contract for mobile phone service in the name of E, a private document concerning rights and duties, using the qualification of agent of E.
