1. The part concerning the plaintiffs in the judgment of the first instance, including the plaintiffs' claims extended in the trial, is as follows.
Reasons
1. Circumstances and results of appraisal of the ruling;
(a) Project approval and publication - Bogeumjari Housing Project (F (First; hereinafter referred to as the “instant Project”);

B. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on March 20, 2014 (hereinafter “the instant ruling of expropriation”): 74 obstacles on each land and on each ground indicated in the “property subject to expropriation” in the attached Table 1 Compensation Table, which are owned by the Plaintiffs (it is jointly owned by the Plaintiffs, L and the Plaintiff are owned by 1/5 shares, but not subject to the lawsuit in the instant lawsuit; hereinafter referred to as “each land of this case”) - The date of expropriation: May 13, 2014 - Compensation amount: The written “amount of adjudication of expropriation” in the attached Table 1 Compensation Statement.
C. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on an objection on March 26, 2015 (hereinafter “the instant ruling”) - Contents of the ruling: The same shall be as indicated in the column for “the amount of the ruling” in the attached Form 1 compensation statement.
The result of the entrustment to the appraiser I by the court of first instance (hereinafter referred to as "court appraisal") - Contents of appraisal: It shall be as shown in the "amount of court appraisal" in the attached Form 1 compensation statement.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiffs asserted as to the issue of the assessment of the initial complex, comparative standard site, individual factors, and other factors correction, etc., but this court revoked all of the remaining arguments through the application and preparatory documents for modification of the purport of the claim as of May 31, 2016.
(1) The appraisal value based on each of the instant land in the course of adjudication is determined by the comparative standard.
