1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the separate sheet of the compensation statement in attached Form 1 and each of them.
Reasons
1. Circumstances and results of appraisal of the ruling;
(a) Project approval and publication - Bogeumjari Housing Project (F Project (First; hereinafter referred to as the “instant Project”);

B. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling of expropriation on March 20, 2014 (hereinafter “instant adjudication of expropriation”): 74 obstacles on each land and on each ground indicated in the “property subject to expropriation” in the annexed Table 1 Compensation Table, which are owned by the Plaintiffs, (the Plaintiff B, C, D, and E share 1/5 shares, but are not subject to lawsuit; hereinafter “each land of this case”) - The date of expropriation: The compensation amount on May 13, 2014 - Compensation amount: the same shall be as indicated in the “adjudication amount” column in the annexed Table 1 compensation statement.
C. The Central Land Tribunal’s ruling on an objection on March 26, 2015 (hereinafter “the instant ruling”) - Contents of the ruling: The same shall be as indicated in the column for “the amount of the ruling” in the attached Form 1 compensation statement.
The result of this court's entrustment to appraiser I (hereinafter referred to as "court's appraisal") - Contents of appraisal: The same shall apply to the statement in the "court's appraisal amount" in attached Form 1 compensation statement.

2. The assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiffs asserted as to the issue of the assessment of the initial complex, comparative standard site, individual factors, and other factors correction, etc., but also withdrawn all the remainder of the claims through the application and preparatory documents for modification of the purport of the claim dated May 31, 2016.
(1) The appraisal value based on each of the instant lands in the course of adjudication shall be consistent with the market price in terms of the selection of comparative standard sites, individual factors, and other factors.
