A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] On November 11, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not less than one year and six months in the Gwangju District Court for the crime of forging a private signature, the crime of signing the above investigation, and the crime of violating the Resident Registration Act. On July 1, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not less than eight months for the same reason, such as the crime of forging a private document, the crime of forging a document for investigation, and the crime of violating the Resident Registration Act, and completed the execution of the sentence on December 12, 2017.
[2] The Defendant, while arranging a loan from B during the ordinary life of ordinary people, was in the custody of B’s resident registration certificates by a request from B, and was in a bad credit condition, was in his/her own name, and thus, he/she was unable to open TV and Internet using TV and Internet in his/her name.

The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act by transmitting B’s resident registration certificates in the same manner as that described in paragraph 1 at the time, at the place specified in paragraph 1, and allowing B to enter B’s name, resident registration number, and other personal information in the ETV and the Internet subscription application computer format, thereby denying others’ resident registration numbers.
