Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months of imprisonment for special larceny at the Gwangju District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 30, 2016, and is currently under the grace period.

[Criminal facts]

1. Larceny;

A. On June 9, 2016, at around 01:00, the Defendant stolen a vehicle registration number plate from the victim E at the front parking lot of the “D Library” located in the Dong-gu, Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, and then stolen a vehicle registration number plate from the victim E to a dial tool.

B. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in cargo partitions owned by the victim H and opened a door in the vicinity of No. 103 Dong-dong 101 on July 2, 2016 and opened a door in the vicinity of No. 1001 on July 2, 2016, if the market price is equivalent to 20,000 won in the vehicle.

In other words, they stolen them.

At the time and place set forth in the above BB, the Defendant shall open a 500 won knife and not corrected by approaching the knife car owned by the victim J and take off the 500 won knife in that place.

On July 2, 2016, around 02:50, the Defendant opened a “M cafeteria” parking lot located in Lanyang-si, Namyang-si, with the vehicle key kept in front of the early front of the steering group, and operated the scoo equipment of an amount equivalent to KRW 3,00,000,000, which is the victim’s market price, and stolen the scoo equipment of an amount equivalent to KRW 2,00,000 at the market price.

On July 2, 2016, at around 03:50 on July 2, 2016, the Defendant was placed in a “R” convenience store operated by the victim Q Q in P in Nam-si, Nam-si, and destroyed the entrance by being cut off as referred to in the foregoing paragraph 1’s D, and then installed the entrance, and intruded into the above convenience store with the entrance, and then damaged the entrance, and at least 55 pieces of tobacco worth KRW 2,25,000 of the market price owned by the victim who was in custody in the display belt at that place (at least 10,00 won per 1 square meter, per 10,00 per 1 square meter, per 41,000 won per 1 square meter) and a credit cooperative at the same time.
