A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and the victim B (the age of 46) are the relationship between May 2018 and September 2018, with which they lived together and participated.

1. On September 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) destroyed special property damage in D operated by the victim in Jeju Island; (b) caused the damage to KRW 300,000 of the repair cost by lowering the stone, which is a dangerous object of the front glass of the E rocketing and other vehicles owned by the victim parked therein, with the stone, which is a dangerous object.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and damaged the victim's property.

2. Around October 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a assault, such as: (b) No. 21:30, in Jeju-si Officetel G; and (c) “A” committed a assault by the victim, i.e., the victim’s string the stringer part of the stringer, which is a dangerous object used by the stringer by the stringer; (b) going out of the string; and (c) returned to the string to the string; and (d) returned to the string after ten minutes; and (d) taking a stringer, which is a dangerous object in the strings, in which the stringer is mixed.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
