A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a relationship with B, and the mother of B and the victim C (the age of 51) suffered conflict due to the land boundary problem, and there was difficulty in moving their animals due to a newly installed fence, and there was a complaint against the victim.

1. From around 07:07 to 09:00 on December 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) laid down hushes of a house in front of his/her residence, which is a dangerous object owned by the victim (86 cm in total length, 22.5 cm in the length of the day) in front of his/her residence; and (b) destroyed 1,847,000 won of the repair cost to the extent that the hushes of a house owned by the victim; and (c) cut the hushes of a house owned by the victim to the extent that the 1,550,000 won of the repair cost was destroyed.

2. Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and invaded upon the victim's residence.
