[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A has the intent to operate an illegal game room business in the way of providing a game room for the business of the mutual infinite-gu D and the third floor and exercising overall control over the operation of the game room and exchanging the game to customers, and Defendant B and C have the intent to engage in the illegal game room business by taking each responsibility of guiding customers with employees and serving in a heart.

1. No person who violates the Game Industry Promotion Act shall provide game products for distribution or use, or display or keep such products for such purposes, and shall exchange, arrange for exchange or repurchase the results of tangible or intangible obtained through the use of game products or engage in business of repurchase;

Nevertheless, from June 2018 to December 13 of the same year, the Defendants set up 15 outdoor game machines which did not receive a rating in the above game area from June 2018 to offer them to unspecified customers for use, and exchanged the scores obtained through the above outdoor game machine in cash by calculating the scores obtained by the customers as KRW 5,00 per point.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to provide game products without rating as above for use, and conducted business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products.

2. No person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, etc. shall engage in the speculative business by using slot machines or speculative gaming machines, other than the speculative business;

Nevertheless, the Defendants installed 15 outdoor game machines, which are speculative gaming machines, at the above date, at the above place, and had customers obtain points as much as the amount corresponding to the picture appearing by chance, after deducting the mark points per game in the event of the pressing.

As such, the Defendants conspired to commit the following acts:
