1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,871,989 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from March 4, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant is a legal entity engaging in the business of manufacturing and selling electronic parts, and the plaintiff is the defendant's employee who is the only trade union inside the defendant, and is the member of the Korea Chungcheongnam-Nam Labor Union.

B. The main contents of the collective agreement entered into between the defendant and the South-Namyang Labor Union are as follows.

Part I General Provisions Article 1 (Negotiating Parties) Companies recognize that unions are the only negotiating body representing all the members and negotiate on an equal relationship with each other.

Article 2 (Priority of Convention) The standards provided for in this Convention shall prevail over all individual employment contracts entered into with the Company, regulations and employees.

Article 6 (Qualification for Membership) Employees of the Company shall be partners.

Part V. Wages and retirement allowances Article 50 (Definition and Composition of Wages) Wages means all kinds of money and valuables, regardless of their title, the employer pays to the worker as remuneration, salary, or any other kind of money and valuables to the worker for his work, and their composition shall be:

Article 52 (Regular Promotion) A company shall conduct regular promotion once a year for all members who are in conformity with the regular promotion criteria, based on April 1.

§ 59 (Reward) The Company shall pay bonuses to its members as follows:

The repayment rate during the period to be recovered shall be 1 December 1 to January 31, 100% on February 25, 200% on February 1 to February 31, 25, and 100% on April 25, 200% on April 1 to April 31, 25, respectively, on March 25, 200% on April 1 to June 25, 200% on June 1 to June 31, 25, 150% on June 1 to August 31, 25, 200% on August 1 to September 30, 25, 300% on October 1 to October 30.
