On May 20, 2019, the defendant continued to file a civil petition against the defendant by telephone with the customer center in his/her office at around 09:12 on May 20, 2019.

Around May 20, 2019, the Defendant sent a telephone to D customer center at an influent place, and thereby made violence, intimidation, and verbal abuse to E by the designer of B (victim) intentionally access himself/herself; and “B made intimidation to find a company and dismiss itself on the ground that the response was delayed, such as the customer’s telephone and the rapid confirmation of letters, without promptly checking the letters.”
