Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 29, 2015, at around 01:27, the Defendant laid down down down down 120 tropysys from the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Children's Park (Cheongakdong), and carried out an obscene act by hand, such as cutting down the Defendant's sexual organ, syming, and self-defense.
