All of the appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

Summary of Grounds for Appeal

In full view of the following facts: (a) the date and time when the victims statements were made by the victims and the date and time when the Defendants visited GGra and I materials coincide with each other; (b) each of the crimes committed by the above GGra and I materials loan is identical to the number of crimes committed by the Defendants; (c) the rejection of seizure from the Defendants; (d) electricity without any equipment, mast, and dry, etc., are typical criminal acts committed by the thies; (b) the Defendants, upon entering the victim H’s house on March 28, 2013, cut 18K gold bars into the victim H house on April 1, 2013; and (c) on April 1, 2013, two and one 18K gold bars and two 18K gold bars were used and they were stolen, the lower court erred by misapprehending the facts of each of the facts charged in the instant case, thereby adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment.

Judgment

The summary of the facts charged in the instant case is that the Defendants planned to enter an abandoned house at a low time to steals things, and purchased a car to commit the crime, which is a sponsor, in order to use it for the crime on February 2013, the Defendants habitually committed the following crimes while carrying the criminal tools, such as electricity, rejection (defluence), date drone, bail screen, lock, make, etc., onto the vehicle, and returning to the Seoul Central District.
