Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 1, 2012, the Defendant came to the victim C’s house located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu around the hour, and, on the basis of the fact that the victim was aware of the fact that he was not a key to the distribution prior to the door at the time of his outing, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim’s house and opened the door in the distribution to raise the money for gambling; (b) intrudes the victim’s house into the victim’s house; and (c) invaded the victim’s house; and (d) Damond 1 (150,000 won at the market price) and 4 points 8.1 money at the 18k gold Ban (1,215,000 won at the market price) in a way that the market price was 1,365,000 won in total.

2. Around 15:00 on August 3, 2012, the Defendant: (a) opened a door with the key of the victim’s house and intrudes the victim’s house; and (b) opened a door door with the victim’s house to the victim’s house in order to raise money for gambling with the victim’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Northern District D and D; (c) intrudes the victim’s house; and (d) opened a door door with the victim’s house and intrudes the victim’s house in the victim’s house; and (d) Damond’s one (c) 1, 150,000, 8.1 money (3,00 won at a market price, 1,215,00 won at a market price), 18k gold bars (750,000 won at a market price, 250,000 won at a market price; and (d) 2,365,000 won at a market price.
