A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 25, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 07:55 on October 25, 2018, 2018, she boardedd the victim in front of the victim B (n, 26 years of age) in a state where the train was in front of the victim B (n, a woman aged 26) until the train arrives in the station; and (b) she committed an indecent act against the victim in a way that the part of the victim’s sound is delivered to approximately eight minutes by the rear hand.

2. On November 12, 2018, around 07:53, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim by finding out the victims of his name in the Dobongcheon Station 2, the subway located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by getting in the front-time car operated as a private room depending on the victims, approaching the victim’s rear side by using the gap where passengers are mixed with each other, and then sticking the victim’s sexual flag to approximately eight minutes.

3. On November 12, 2018, at around 08:05, the Defendant discovered the victim C (here, 26 years of age) boarding in the front-dong car as set forth in paragraph (2) of this Article, used the gap in around the victim’s knee to approach the victim’s rear by making use of the gap in around the passenger, and committed an indecent act against the victim by making the victim knee kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne kne
