A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million to a fine of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Jeonju Eup branch of the Jeonju District Court on July 5, 2013, a summary order of KRW 4 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court on July 5, 2013, and a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court on April 20, 2012, respectively.

1. On July 24, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a Cschnton car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.170% from the front parking lot of the Dong-dong State apartment 111 to the above front parking lot of the Dong-dong State apartment 109, which was located in the 641th month, on July 12:17, 2015.

2. On October 10, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving a Cschtonton car from the 1km section from the front to the front road of the construction in approximately KRW 1km, which is located in the 641st month from the front road of the 109 Dong-dong Jeju apartment, which is located in the 641st month during the summer month to the new 728-1, on the road in front of the construction.
