A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in Seoul Southern District Court on February 3, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern District Court on September 15, 2016.

On December 1, 2016, around 16:00, the Defendant inhaled two pigs studs in vinyl paper containing hallucinogenic substances, and inhaled them by hanging them into vinyl paper.
