A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Criminal facts

On February 12, 2015, the Defendant and the requester for the medical care and custody (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) were sentenced to a suspended sentence of 2 months for a crime of violation of the Chemicals Control Act at the Seoul Western District Court on February 12, 2015. On December 8, 2015, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 6 months for a crime of injecting hallucinogenic substances (injecting hallucinogenic substances) in violation of the Chemicals Control Act and completed the suspended sentence on February 24, 2016, and the said judgment became final and conclusive, and completed the execution of each of the above suspended sentence on October 20, 2016.

[Criminal facts] No person shall take in or inhale chemicals that cause entertainment, hallucination, or anesthesia.

Nevertheless,

1. From November 9, 2016 to December 12, 2016, the Defendant put in the Defendant’s house located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and 102, and inhaled hallucinogenic substances over several occasions at the Defendant’s house located in the middle of the same month, containing 250g capacity of 250 gluene, which is a hallucinogenic substance purchased at the fluenent steel store. The Defendant injected 10 fluors of the Pinial Industry Co., Ltd. (Evidence No. 1) in a plastic paper (Evidence No. 2) in a fluorial paper (Evidence No. 2).

2. From November 16, 2016 to October 30 of the same month, the Defendant injected hallucinogenic substances over several occasions at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1), and around that time, at the 250g capacity of 250 gluene, a hallucinogenic substance purchased at a sincinary steel store, in a plastic wing box, and then inhaled seven g of sins of pigs at the entrance of the sincinary and scinant at the entrance of the sinary.

3. The Defendant, from around 10:00 on December 3, 2016 to around 15:00 on the same day, put in the places described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and around that time, put in the 250g capacity of 250 gluene chemical and industrial company manufacturing baton, which contain hallucinogenic substances purchased in the “E” located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in a plastic wing paper, and then put in the entrance of the wing paper and nose at the bar.
