Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the actual operator of Y (the representative C, hereinafter referred to as “Y”) of a limited company, and the victim Z is the land borrower of the above company.

Y Although the head of Gwangju Metropolitan City Mining Office prohibits scraping for special purpose (AA number plate), the number plate illegally registered as cargo truck. Nevertheless, around April 19, 2016, the Defendant changed the Plaintiff’s cargo number plate (AA number plate) from the Plaintiff’s office located in the Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, to another number plate (A number plate) so that the Defendant could perform the same work as the previous ones, and changed the 308,000 won per month into Y. The Defendant changed the Plaintiff’s cargo number plate (A number plate) from the Defendant’s office into Y-gu, Gwangju Mine-gu, and changed the 308,000 won per month into Y-gu. The Defendant changed the 308,000 won per month into Y-gu. On May 19, 2016, the Defendant drafted the consignment contract with the victim and the truck.

However, as the Defendant had taken over AA number plate from the beginning with the intention to cover up the AA number plate in the litigation, at the time of taking over the above AA number plate, it was known that the AA number plate was originally used for the original special purpose (camplol type), but the administrative litigation was in progress with cargo trucks, unlike the purpose.
