Defendant

A, C, and D shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and six months, by imprisonment for Defendant B, by imprisonment for one year and four months, and Defendant E and F by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A, B, C, and D’s crimes committed on May 7, 2013, which were sentenced to imprisonment of two years and six months with labor at the Seoul Central District Development Center (hereinafter “Seoul Central District Court”), and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on August 3, 2013. The Defendant A operated 11 gas stations, including O gas stations (hereinafter “O gas stations”). Defendant A was in charge of managing the oil oil purchase, purchase, sale, etc. of the oil gas stations operated by M with the aforementioned M’s colon, and Defendant B, C, and D driven the above O gas stations.

M In the event that the operation of a gas station becomes difficult, with Defendant A, B, C, and D, to manufacture and sell fake petroleum products by mixing petroleum products with other petroleum products, such as removing solvents or distinctive agents from gasoline or diesel which are petroleum products. ① By purchasing solvents from P, M shall have Q oil storage tanks stored in Q oil stations. B, Defendant C, and D shall transport solvents with oil transport vehicles to O oil stations, put them into the oil storage tank, thereby manufacturing fake petroleum products into the oil storage tank, and then invite customers to sell fake petroleum products without knowledge of the fact. ② While manufacturing fake petroleum products by the above method, Defendant C continuously loaded them into the tank from Q oil station around June 8, 2012, Defendant C purchased the above petroleum products by mixing them with Defendant C Home’s instructions to remove the vehicles into the tank and remove them with Defendant C Home’s 2, and Defendant C’s purchase of petroleum products by mixing them with the above Da Home’s instructions.

Any person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.
